- 8 Practical Ocean & Pool Sessions: Gradual depth progression and guided coastal drills.

SINGLE DAY PASS
Ideal for individuals looking for a single-day trial, skill evaluation, or guided spearfishing dive with personal coach feedback.
Session Inclusions:
- 1-on-1 Skill Assessment: Form, breath-hold evaluation, and posture correction.
- Supervised Reef Dive: Accompanied ocean run with a certified master guide.
- Speargun Firing & Handling Practice: Safety checks, aim calibration, and reload technique.
- Flexible Schedule: Book any scheduled Saturday or Sunday batch.
MANDATORY SPEARFISHING EQUIPMENT POLICY
Please Note: Speargun, freediving mask, snorkel, long fins, and weight belt are NOT included in the training fee. Every participant must bring their own personal equipment. If you do not yet own gear, our instructors will provide a complete purchasing consultation prior to your first water session.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
APNEA & BREATH-HOLD PHYSIOLOGY
Master static and dynamic breath-hold techniques, diaphragmatic breathing, and Frenzel equalization to dive deeper with zero panic.
SPEARGUN MECHANICS & TARGET DRILLS
Hands-on training on rubber band loading, line rigging, underwater shooting accuracy, trigger discipline, and safe reloading.
STEALTH STALKING & REEF NAVIGATION
Learn underwater stalking, bottom camouflage, reading coastal tides, and ethical marine targeting along Churna and Arabian Sea reefs.
OCEAN SAFETY & BLACKOUT RESCUE
Rigorous emergency response drills, shallow-water blackout recovery, buddy rescue systems, and safe handling of open-sea wildlife.
